I wish to put on record my appreciation for the services rendered by your team member C T Prasad during September 2009. I had approached Prasad couple of months back regarding sale of my plot at Rashi Orchards near ITC factory on Bellary road. Prasad was more than keen to offer Hanu Reddy Realty's help and visited the plot with me. He did give me an update on the tough market conditions. After a brief wait for couple of months in September 2009 he arranged a buyer. Prasad demonstrated extra ordinary expertise and skill during the deal negotiations as it went lot of uncertain phases. I was happy working with Chandrasekhar and Tulasi Raman of Hanu Reddy Realty. They could build my trust in them by keeping me informed of day to day progress. I sold my Prestige Shantiniketan apartment through them and I could find a buyer for the same in 2-3 days at a good price. I also bought an apartment in Sobha Jasmine through them. They take a note of your likings & dislikings and only try to show you properties based on your likings. I was shown Sobha Jasmine after taking note of my requirements and I liked it and the deal happened very smoothly (Unlike other property dealers where you would not know how sure the sale is?) They also assist in complete solution like bank finance etc.
