a. Identify suitable properties matching to Tenant's requirement.
b. Participate in negotiations of the Lease terms with the Owners.
c. Assist in preparation of Lease Deeds.
d. Advice Tenants on the Market Trends.
Services in Fixing a Tenant
a. Identify suitable Tenants who qualify your requirement.
b. Participate in negotiations of the Lease terms with the Tenants.
c. Assist in preparation of Lease Deeds.
d. Advice owners on Market Trends.
