In addition to our FREE training and guidance, we also offer Coaching, Shadow and Mentor Programs, available for all our Agents - learn the real estate sales business from some of Irvine’s most successful Realtors. Our Agents also receive on-going group and one-on-one training, both in a classroom environment and in the field in all applications of the real estate sales transaction. New Agent training is also included for our newly licensed agents.
Our Agents have all the resources of the organization to assist them in every aspect of the real estate transaction. We will also offer our Agents the opportunity to participate in Up Desk Shifts, host Open Houses, earn Leads, Marketing Plans/Supplies, graphic artists, and we provide many Realtor supplies (at no additional cost to you!), etc.
Qualified candidates must either: possess a valid California DRE License, have passed the California Salesperson License Test, or, at a minimum, completing the process of obtaining their real estate license. Candidates should also have a positive attitude, be able to present themselves in a professional manner, with good written, verbal communication and computer skills. |
