Dear Hanu, Roma & Steve:

After 13 long years in California, we are about to set sail again to continue our "American adventure" in a different direction! We will move out of 22 Belmonte, Irvine (we still call it home..!!) on January 28. After spending another week with Preethi & Philip and our friends, we will fly to Denver on February 8.

It has been an incredible journey. Still fresh after just over a couple of years in the United States, moving in 1996 to a totally new place called, Irvine across the nation with our little girl was a giant leap of faith. All we had was an abiding trust in God and His designs for our lives. 13 years later, we move on with a greater deal of affirmation about God's providence and the wonderful ways we are being led each day, as always in the past.

Irvine has become an integral part of our lives. Everything happened for us here. Over the years, we were so blessed to have been surrounded by the circle of love and friendship from a great bunch of friends, like you. This became "the home" for us and a great place for our little girl to grow up receiving much care and support that ultimately made her the beautiful bride you witnessed and blessed, last August!

When we met all of you a dozen or so years ago, little did we imagine that you would be so closely associated with us in shaping up our lives in Irvine. We found together 2 places, that we would call home, which could be opened up to so many of our friends, who would eventually become big brothers and sisters for our little girl!

Hanu, looking back, we are so grateful, how consistently you did pursue on us about owning a home in Irvine. Thank you very much for your vision and counsel during these times and more so for your friendship. These homes have enriched our lives in so many different ways, much more than the financial gains we could ever make.

Roma, none of these, perhaps, would have been possible, if it were not for that memorable call you made on a rainy afternoon back in 1998, which got Preethi all excited and kept me wondering!! You have become family for us ever since. Thank you so much for all your help during these years and looking us up, always.

Back in October last year, when we were deciding on our relocation plans to Denver, we were concerned about the fate of our home here. Steve, thank you so much for coordinating and organizing the listing and open houses and making this a smooth transition for us, much more than we imagined. Our thanks to Cindy and Lakshmi, who worked with us during this process.

We pray that God will continue to bless you and your families in the years to come.

Dear Hanu! ---------------> Congratulations!


I see you are coming up in the world - the houses you list are first class but "somewhat" out of my range.

But it is rewarding to see that you have this much success! I know its not luck - I believe your hard work and this comment by Maya Angelou ( see below) fits your business method perfectly!

I still think about you ever so often and remember your wise advice from years past - to keep the office Building in Santa Ana - and just hang on to it.

This I have done and its nearly paid off and has always been fully rented with fellow attorneys. I guess it will take care of me and Suzanne in the distant future.

Anyway - say "Hi" to Rama and I hope this note brightened your day!
