Jeffrey Moon -
Jeff is a native Californian and has been active in both the mortgage origination and real estate industries for nearly twenty years. He most recently retired as a mortgage originator to focus full time on his passion for real estate sales. Jeff has held an active, CA Department of Real Estate sales license since 1992.
During his tenure in the mortgage industry, he co-owned a mortgage brokerage for four and a half years, successfully selling the company in 2006. He has effectively originated hundreds of purchase and refinance transactions throughout both northern and southern California. His expertise in all aspects of mortgage lending allows him a unique perspective regarding the financing of real property.
As a thirty-five year resident of Orange County, Jeff possesses an in-depth understanding and perspective of the local, residential home market. His focus on customer service and his "always available" status create a sense of comfort and pro-active involvement. Jeff's primary goal is to provide a professional, totally transparent real estate experience; whether it's buying or selling a home.
