Hi Sir,
I would like to share my experience with Hanu reddy during the sale of my Flat in OMR. I am located in Hyderabad and it was really a great help by Mr. Shankara Pandian who was responsible for completing this transaction.
The main issue here was the Flat was rented out and there were lot of challenges in showing the flat to the customer. My request to them was that I was not willing to vacate the tenant and in the meanwhile selling should also proceed. In spite of this difficult situation, he was so professional in showing the flat to the customers at the convenient time of the tenant. The tenant was also comfortable with only Hanu reddy handling as he also felt they are professionals. Above all myself sitting in Hyderabad, I can coordinate everything over phone. I could never forget a conference call with the buyer that was done when I was in a holiday in GOA. This is a great example that wherever we are, we can still get things done.
He used to call and inform me and the tenant about showing the flat for each and every customer inspite of having the keys with him. It is not so easy to handover the keys to someone in chennai when there is tenant in the house. I fully believed him as the way he approached everything. Also I would like to mention about the other major help like getting EC, helping in getting the other documents needed by the buyer, coordinating for the registration. I was totally free as they took care of everything and I had to just fly one day before registration and come back to hyderabad after registration as per the plan.
Above all, Mr. Palani pitched in the conversation between the buyer and the seller whenever there is a need and took everything smoothly. Overall this was a great experience and I have got very good friends from Hanu reddy. It is very hard to say no to them and they are so convincing to me. I had to mention that they did sell my flat for the price that I was expecting which is very important for every customers.

First when I met Sathish to sell my 3 BHK flat in Medavakkam, “Raaga Amirta”, I was surprised on seeing his confidence level & his market knowledge. The team’s tireless efforts, suggestions, advice and total commitment to the selling of my flat, I was able to sell my in just 18 days at the price I was seeking. Realtor’s efforts did not end there. I had heard about Hanu Reddy Realty from hoarding boards put up in and around Valmiki Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur. I had contacted the Mylapore branch and spoke to Mr Chandrashekaran who came across to the flat to carry out an initial survey. The agreement to use Hanu Reddy was agreed upon on the 19th of August.
The professionalism was readily apparent at that point that Hanu Reddy Realty was not the average brokering company that we usually come across.
On the October 7, 2009 the initial Sale Agreement was signed and subsequently on November 4, 2009 the Sale Deed was signed and registered.
Since I was not able to be present during the initial period to show the flat to prospective clients as I was not in town,
Mr. Chandrashekaran took the lead and followed up on all the details. This was a great relief to me to have somebody efficiently take care of the details for me. Also since I was not in town, the legal aspects and logistical details for the agreements and meetings were all taken care off well by Hanu Reddy.
During the initial Sale Agreement, I got to meet Mr Palani, VP of Hanu Reddy. He assisted in all legal aspects and final details of the Sale Agreement. His presence made a lot of difference, to have somebody with the professional background and experience of him on board with us.
I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to Mr Chandrashekaran for all the support in make the deal a sucess. It has been a pleasure in working with Hanu Reddy and would definitely recommend them to all.

I am K.G. Nandagopal, Assistant General Manager (Operational Risk) of State Bank of India heading the Operationakl Risk Management Dept.,at our Chennai Local Head Office.
I was frantically searching for buying a flat in posh Chennai for my Son who is an NRI at USA and would have seen more than 40 flats both new and old. I had also come across your advertisements in the local newspapers and I have to congratulate you for building a team of realtors who are very courteous, friendly and ever obliging with words of confidence.
I just chanced to walk into your office in OMR Road in Perungudi while I was looking for flats in and around Perungudi. I met 2 excellent officials in your office in Perungudi viz., Mr. Chandrasekaran Sathish and Mr. Vinodh. Both these gentlemen were very courteous and made me very comfortable. They asked me my requirements for the flat like its price, carpet area, no. of bedrooms, other infrastructure required, location etc., and believe me they just took about 15 minutes to scan through the data available both advertised as also those for which details are to be uploaded in your data base.
No sooner they found 5 such flats, they showed me the location and I could zero in on one such flat. Within a span of 2 weeks I was able to clinch the deal with the Vendor and the preliminary spade work that was done by the above 2 gentlemen is remarkable. I never for once found the stress of buying a flat. Such was the confidence they gave me and I was never in doubt about the capabilities of these 2 Realtors. If not for the in-auspicious "AADI" month between Jul'17 and Aug16th, the deal of purchase of flat could have been over in about 3 weeks time. The continous follow up with the Vendor and the way they went about with the entire task showed professional touch and an element of empathy and concern for the parties with whoim they are interacting.
But for the support and speed of Mr. Shathish and Mr. Vinodh, I would not have been even half successful and am now a proud owner of a beautiful flat of a beautiful 3 BHK 1496 sq. ft .The price negotiated was also acceptable to both the Vendors and me the buyer.
I would be failing in my duty if I did not congratulate these gentlemen and as a Seniour Executive of State Bank of India being a Service organisation, I feel that motivation and recognition are the biggest and most easy way of rewarding the performance of one's staff members. I express my sincere thanks to Hanu Reddy Realty for the services rendered in connection with registration of property. From the word "GO" said 2months ago the team of Mr. Palani, Chandrasekar, Rajalakshmi and Rajkumar were always attending to important points connected with buying and registering immovable property. First, visiting the site at convenient time, to vendor as well as prospective buyer (Myself). Then arranging for copies original documents connected with ownership approvals, title-deeds, etc. Everything was ready and was handed over to me with certain recommendation and drafted agreement, we never looked back. We went ahead with other process of arranging loan through a housing company and with the help of Mr. Palani the loan was sanctioned within 7 days and official letter was received within 9 days.
Further my advocate suggested obtaining a legal heir certificate for the vendor though he had probated the will. The team could arrange for that also and we went ahead with registration and the entire of four were beside me in dealing with the sub-registrar office.
