I was recommended to use the services of Hanu Reddy and specifically to Mr. Sai Babu and Mr. Maruthi Ram, in order to rent an apartment in Chennai. I have found both of them to be excellent. They were patient & discerning in the choice of potential renters and were able to quickly close very good renters. They were able to execute the rental agreement paperwork. They were also very communicative during the process, which is quite essential when the renter is remote. Most importantly, I found them to be extremely trustworthy. I plan to continue to work with them in the future and I unreservedly recommend them, most strongly.

This is a long overdue review! My brother and I had to sell an inherited property we owned together. This was challenging because we were NRIs and the said property was in India. I contacted Hanu reddy realtors, chennai on the landline number listed on google. Shortly after I received a call from Mr.Maruti Ram, VP at Hanu reddy. He was very reassuring and explained the process clearly. He suggested to open a group chat including him, my brother and myself to facilitate transparency through the entire process. At a certain point we had challenges wrt medical certificate. I reached out to Mr.Hanu reddy himself at Irvine, California. He was very understanding and helpful. Iv not known any company to be so responsive and easily reachable. All in all I would completely recommend availing Hanu reddy reality services for sale/purchase of properties in India! I would like to thank Maruthi and Sivakumar sir, for rendering exceptional service. We came for help in selling our house from a reference and I’m very happy with the way everything was handled. From the start point to the end point everything was taken care of, even the minutest details and did superb work with paper and took care we had everything needed to for a smooth deals.
