I am an NRI who recently sold a house in Mysore. I coordinated with Mr. Hemanth Kumar from Hanu Reddy Realty (HRR) office in Mysore. At the outset, I would recommend Hemanth to anyone (particularly NRIs) who is looking to buy or sell properties in Mysore. The noteworthy aspects of my interactions with Hemanth are summarized below: 1. He took care of the interests of both the buyer and the seller, and ensured that the property documents were in order. 2. He proactively coordinated with the government departments to obtain additional documents, which were required (this was really helpful to us as NRIs) 3. He screened buyers, and identified serious buyers, which greatly reduced extensive negotiations / bargaining, This resulted in shorter negotiations and clear understanding of sale/ payment terms by both properties. All our negotiations were short and done on the phone. 4. His responsiveness and constant communications with both parties, ensured that the transaction was completed as planned. We only made a short trip for registration. The best indicator of customer satisfaction is return of a Client to initiate a new transaction. I am already coordinating with Hemanth on a new property transaction. Organizations are made or destroyed by their employees. Mr. Hemanth, with his attitude and actions is an asset to HRR, and a great help to Clients. By the end of this transaction, I have developed trust, and a personal rapport with Mr. Hemanth, which is important in this business. I would have given a five star review rating, but for the following reasons. 1. Suggest HRR staff to be familiar with taxation (TDS) requirements, particularly related to NRI buyers and sellers. 2. My experience with Hanu Reddy Real Estate team especially with Hemanth Kumar was incredible, fantastic and first class.  I live in US and few months back I was visiting my parents at my hometown Mysore, India. I happened to meet Hemanth Kumar through my sister (who had purchased a plot already through him few years back). Right from the first meeting till we closed on the property Hemanth and team did a terrific job in taking care of us The complexity of buying a property in India while leaving abroad is not easy. My brother was looking for a property for investment at Mysore and since I was knowing Mr Hemanth, I suggested his name to my brother. Incidentally Mr Hemanth showed 5 properties of which we liked twin plots. Since my brother's visit to India was very short, we were apprehensive about dealings and its procedure. It was Mr Hemanth, who took utmost care and understood every thought of ours and dealt so professionally more so humanely and helped in purchasing twin plots. All dealings were very smooth. Since we went for housing loan, due to due diligence, several documents were required and all documents were furnished with no hassles. Mr Hemanth was kind enough to take my aged mother( for whom GPA was given by my brother ) to bank. housing loan department and even to registration office. He was keeping us posted about proceedings of legal procedure and loan procedure. He took care of every minute detail like our own family member. His help and proficiency cannot be expressed in words. I must say that he is asset to Hanureddy Realtors. I am working at HDFC Home loan as Assistant Manager at Tirupati . My husband Dr Vishnu Vahan Prasan is an ophthalmologist from Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai and has been posted in Tirupati since last 2 years. Thus both of us have pretty busy schedules. Our family had high expectations for a six month housing lease in Mysore. We owe a debt of gratitude to Hementh and his team for their conscientious  efforts to accommodate our family. We worked with several realtors,but none of them came near the quality and commitment to service that was displayed by Hementh and his colleagues. We now feel a kinship with Hementh after all the time we spent together. He was optimistic, honest, and always helpful in our quest to find the best place.
