Ravi Krishna Garu represented Hanu Reddy Realty in the most exemplary manner in ALL the three realty transactions we entered into over the past nearly 3 years. He has become a personal friend and a very helpful guide in this matter to us. It started with a very good experience for us for our shop sale in an area where the official registrations were also not taking place and went further to equally satisfying experience in the purchase of a flat in a modern & very convenient gated community and the sale of our much cherished residential property - we truly appreciate his personal friendship in making its sale in an admirable manner - never ignoring our sentiments, during as well as after its sale, in parting with the house due to our long association with it. We lived outside India, all the while, while he acted as our eyes & ears to study the flat we purchased and the properties we sold - he did not spare any efforts in making us feel comfortable, in getting & dealing with a customer / seller IN ALL THESE 3 TRANSACTIONS, as well as doing everything possible in the registration process as well as after. He took so much care to make us relax, inspite of the tensions which come during travel back & forth from abroad to India. Particularly we should mention the help he gave us to get Covid vaccinations both in India and abroad by smartly putting us in touch with his other NRI customers, who were advising us night & day inspite of their own jet lag troubles, about their own experience when they went thru it before we did. This simply speaks a lot for the close relationships Ravi garu maintains with all his customers. This is the second time we are dealing with HanuReddy Reality. Vice President Ravi Garu and Senior Realtor Madan Babu Garu were very supportive during all the stages of buying the property. Vizag, I decided to take help from the professionals in the realty sector. After a brief search for companies in this space I shortlisted Hannu Reddy Realty based on the number of years they have been in this space and their presence across India. I approached HRR in Vizag and met Mr. Ravi Krishna and during the discussion I had put forward my requirements. He suggested we meet the next day at the property in spite of the next day being a holiday (Vijaya Dasami). As agreed Mr. Ravi Krishna was at our property did a quick survey of the property and suggested to me the kind of tenants and the rent that I can expect based on my requirements. I was kept updated on the progress in our weekly calls. Very soon, I was discussing with prospective tenants, over a concall arranged by Mr. Ravi Krishna! The speed with which all this happened has been very impressive and I would give full credit to Mr. Ravi Krishna for being pro-active, keeping the whole process transparent and delivering on the promise quickly! The tenants have moved in in November. Based on my experience and with people like Mr. Ravi Krishna, I would like to endorse one of the slogans on your website "Global Presence, Local Excellence"!
