Dear Hanu,

Good morning! I am pleased to inform you that yesterday we successfully completed the registration of the open plot in Bhogapuram. Our initial interaction was in early Feb; I am looking at the intro email dd. 17th Feb 2025 sent by Mr. Ravi Krishna garu. The whole process was very smoothly executed. And, frankly, I am amazed that we actually found a client, cemented the relationship with the prospective buyer and finished the registration all within a matter of less than 6 months. I think the particular plot of land had its own challenges owing to the location & distance from the city, in spite of which we have a sale closure today! Well done! I would like to highly commend Mr. Ravi Krishna's project leadership, focus and drive to completion. He has been very proactive and responsive all through the process. Towards the end, in spite of being laid down - literally - due to a bad back, he did not let anything slip and was constantly on top of my case. Very well done, and greatly appreciated! I would also like to thank Mr. Venu for the background supervision and support offered. I understand that our intermediatary Mr. Ram Naidu is (was) know to Venu, and Venu helped bring the deal into your circle, fostered the partnership and was able to work his personal connections to patch this deal through. Greatly applaud Mr. Venu's silent but critical connection in making this possible. Finally, now that Hanu Realty has a direct connection with the new buyer, Mr. Anand (who I understand is a big investor and business in your area), I hope that this new association brings-in new business opportunities to your firm to work further with Mr. Anand. We had contacted Mr. Venu Mohan of Hanu Reddy Realty India for the disposal of our flat at Visakhapatnam (kirlampudi area). Within a short notice of one month, he could locate a suitable buyer with a satisfactory deal. The entire documentation and final transaction was completed in ten days.
