Thanks to Kiran kumar, Vice-president of Hanu Reddy Realty BangaloreKiran’s thorough understanding of the market in India and familiarity with North American clients, we were able to navigate this with ease. Although the process appears painstakingly slow, Kiran's diligence, patience and calm attitude ensured that the deal was completed. His awareness of how transactions are completed in North America was very helpful as he could provide relevant comparatives and advice in a transparent manner. His thorough understanding of the process prior and subsequent to the closing/ registration of the property was very useful to ensure that we were asking the right questions in identifying and working with a Banker, Accountant and Lawyer all of whom play a very crucial role in the completion of a deal. He aso maintained communication along the entire process with regular updates on progress and potential roadblocks. His ability to understand the nature and needs of his clients is commendable. He clearly identified what we were looking for and worked with us to find a suitable prospect and filtered out the unsuitable prospects diplomatically. Unlike many stories we have heard from friends and family regarding the process, we travelled only once to complete the deal. Kiran managed most of the negotiations via zoom and with direct communications with the prospect himself. Thanks to Kiran’s planning and work ethic we managed to finish the registration of the deal in one week, looking back this looked impossible when we started the process. My experience with Narender Singh is nothing short of par excellence! I'm a resident of Irvine and have dealt with realtors several times in my stay in USA and Narender surpasses all of them by all measures namely, absolute professionalism, respectful, timely, knows the rules of the game, get's things done. His ability to speak several languages is also a big plus in this profession and his command of English is very very good. I have highly recommended him to my sister who is also getting ready to sell her house in Bengaluru. If were you ask me to rate him I give a 11 out of 10 and that says it all! After a very disappointing 8 months from Dec., 2021 with a very incompetent VP, our quest for a Buyer of our house gained tremendous momentum when Mr. Kiran Kumar took over the reins of the HAL II Stage Branch of Hanu Raddy Realty. He was just brilliant and was an epitome of Customer Service and went 'all guns firing' towards achieving the goal. When he noted that we had forgotten to obtain a document after we built our house on an auction-plot, he used his connections and contacts to regularize the matter as fast as things can be done with the government agencies. Then when we came to know that our house was being moved to a different ward for mapping purposes and that delayed receiving a new e-Khatha, once again he was able to get his contacts to work in speeding-up the matter. His interaction with the most difficult buyer was also very professional and we are immensely happy that Hanu Reddy Realty homed-in to put the man of such impeccable caliber and trust and efficiency in the driving seat of the Branch. I would only ask the customers to wait and watch miracles that are going to happen - and I am not exaggerating one bit. We sincerely thank Mr. Kiran Kumar for all the help and assistance he had extended towards achieving the Sale of our House Property.

Being an NRI I had tough time to navigate through the process of selling a house in India. But Mr. Kumar made it look simple and was there with me in every step of the process. Mr Kumar is very knowledgable, patient and on top of it understand the nuances of selling a property India when you are not physically present. He guided me with detailed explanation of each step and helped prepare the documents that are needed to successfully close the negotiations and the final registration. He always had open ears and was there to address every concern I raised during the entire process. Mr. Kumar is tireless and had spend several hours working with me and the seller to make us aware of the rules and regulations in property deals and how to negotiate through this process. Mr Kumar went above and beyond to help me to understand the tax and audit requirements of property dealings of NRIs. I think with someone like Mr. Kiran Kumar on your side you can forget about the hassles that accompany with the selling of a property in Bangalore. We had reached out to Hanu Reddy Realty during the pandemic to rent out our 4 BR apartment a couple years ago when they assigned Mr Kiran Kumar to work with us. Recently, Kiran found us a great family to rent our apartment and helped finalize all the details. Kiran has been an incredible support – we are very appreciative of his help as we live abroad and were not able to travel to manage all the logistics. What makes it even more remarkable is that Kiran has gone well above and beyond what was expected in order to not just find a great tenant, but also worked tirelessly to coordinate all the detail activities that were needed so our tenants could move in on the scheduled date. Kiran has provided excellent service, is a pleasure to work with, always willing to jump in and help, and is very thoughtful. I signed up with Hanu Reddy Realty in late 2019, to market an apartment for sale in Sadashivnagar, Bengaluru. I was assigned a young, energetic, and personable agent, Kiran Kumar. Unfortunately the real estate market took a nose dive during Covid and things were quite dormant till late 2021. I was out of touch with what was happening in BLR in the interim, since I live overseas. However Kiran Kumar, being an excellent communicator, kept be abreast of developments with monthly calls. Recently he found me a buyer that met my criteria. Kiran worked with the buyer to get the required TDS payments made, and worked with the lawyers (buyer's and seller's) to get an acceptable Sale Agreement hammered out. The registration of the property was completed yesterday - 6 weeks from start to finish. Kiran's behind-the-scene workings made the process as smooth as real estate deals can go. Would I use the services of Hanu Reddy and Kiran Kumar again? You bet I will! I have worked with several other realtors during this period, and I found Kiran Kumar and Hanu Reddy to be head-and-shoulders above the rest.

Kirankumar was our real estate agent for the sale of our joint inherited property in Bengaluru in December 2021.His service was excellent. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He took the time to explain the process to us. Especially the nuances of dealing with real estate sale of a single property owned by two :a resident Indian ( my brother) and a NRI (me). The entire process was executed almost seamlessly. He worked tirelessly to get the necessary documents we had misplaced. He helped with obtaining a duplicate certificate of Death since the original was missing. During these difficult COVID times he had to go far, to delaminate some original documents. He knew I had a few weeks to complete the transaction. He worked hard and conscientiously to complete the process on time. On the day of registration of the sale, Kiran was so focused on completing the transaction, he worked from 9 AM to 9 PM without a break. When the buyer's banker forgot to obtain MOD ( memorandum of deposit of Title deed) to clear encumbrances, Kiran found a creative way to release the bankers draft to us. He represented us, the sellers ( my brother and I) and the buyer. Kiran is very pleasant to work with and helps us complete all the required documentations. He is willing to take that extra step to take you through a difficult process and he does it very professionally. It is my privilege to recommend him, without any hesitation. Positive: Professionalism Hi I would like to appreciate kiran for providing me wonderful buying experience. I always had faced one or other difficulty with buyers in my earlier attempt to buy house. But kiran made it very easy and transparent. He is one person who tries to find solutions without putting either party at risk. He is highly diligent and very effective in communications. He also understands the concerns very well. He gave me pillar support. Though I did not pay to him, he could convey my issues in right words to the seller and took us to pragmatic solutions. He always shows eagerness to close the transaction and that put him to plan many things well ahead. With kiran I can say it is a hassle free experience. In fact I had an agent who just vanished after handing over to Kiran and he showed his face at last day promptly for his brokerage. I used to wonder why I should pay such hefty brokerage to a person who did not even moved a thing. Without kiran there is no possibility for this deal to be materialised. We recently sold our house through Kiran Kumar from Hanu Reddy Realty. We are NRIs and I had hired Kiran’s services as an agent to sell our house. The experience with him has been nothing short of stellar! His professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, and prompt response to hundreds of my questions throughout the sale process has been exemplary!
