Mr. Kiran Kumar and Mr. Srinivas Raju from Hanu Reddy Realty at Bengaluru have been absolutely wonderful in providing me the best end-to-end quality of service and it's my pleasure to recommend them highly and without any hesitation, for your realty requirements, particularly if it involves selling your property. When I approached them as an NRI settled in USA for the sale of my 60+ year old property in Bengaluru I was uncertain and apprehensive since my property was so old. However, since I got excellent recommendations from a past NRI client of theirs, I appointed them as my Brokers, which in retrospect was an excellent decision. Both Kiran Kumar and Srinivas Raju called me regularly over 6+ months during which they found several potential buyers to strategically get the highest sale price possible for my property, and I am sure it's a record sale price for my neighborhood. To conclude the sale over the next 3+ months they painstakingly and assiduously helped gather all the documents to establish the Title history, many of them from local offices, even though the original authorities no longer existed. During this time they patiently explained to me the convoluted sales process in India, that involved Low TDS, Bank Loans, MOU’s, Draft Agreements and the final Sale Deed. They finally helped me conclude the Sale of my property, including post sale support related to reimbursement in US dollars as well as filing tax returns in India and USA. In Summary, I’m truly grateful for their strategy to get the highest sale price, and highly professional effort focused on completing the complex work at hand to provide end-to-end services to sell my property at a quality that is second to none.

It is a very nice Real Estate company. We were talking to Mr Srinivas Raju of Indiranagar branch to rent a property. Had a very nice, smooth experience. From the first day of signing till the final agreement, everything was taken care completely by him. He was approachable at any point of time and never denied any of our requests. Srinivas from Hanu Reddy is one of the most amazing realty broker I have ever worked with.
After coming back from the US, I was looking for an apartment for rent in Bangalore and I was shocked to see the behaviour and hustling which the other realtors were doing.
I was super impressed with the professionalism of Mr.Srinivas who firstly clearly listened to all the requirements I had instead of pushing random apartments onto me.
Then he found a few places and personally drove me to these apartments and was honest and open discussing them with me instead of just selling and closing the deal.
We managed to lock the deal eventually and through transparency and honestly, the whole process was completed wherein I have established a great relation with my landlord as well thanks to Hanu Reddy.

This is a quick review of my interaction with Hanu Reddy Realty in Bangalore. I was looking for a rental place to which I could move within 2-3 weeks and got connected to Mr Srinivas Raju of Hanu Reddy Realty through a leading real estate portal. I have to say I was initially very sceptical as I had a harrowing time over the last 1 year with multitude of real estate agents while selling my previous apartment. The experience was so severe that I finally had to put a classified ad and did a direct deal with the eventual buyer. However I was pleasantly surprised by smiling demeanour and pleasing personality of Mr Srinivas Raju initially when we started working on the rental. The intial perception gradually turned to delight over the next few weeks by his utter professionalism in dealing with the entire process, firstly with the time management, demonstration of the apartments, arranging the meetings with the owners, completing the paperwork and then of course even in following up so that I could have the keys to the new place at least 1 week before scheduled time. All I can say is "Kudos to Mr Raju and Hanu Reddy" for the excellent professionalism shown during the process. This is definitely not the last time I have dealt with you.
