I worked with the VP, Kiran Kumar and Rajesh Naik, senior realtor. It was such an absolute pleasure working with them. Their knowledge base, networking, dedication and professionalism was par excellence. Being an NRI I was very nervous dealing with the sale here in Bengaluru, but they put all that to rest and walked me through everything and kept me informed throughout. Very professional unit delivering quality experience. They provide assistance at all points in time while we assess and finally conclude a deal. I do believe they can improve their range of assistance by supplying optional legal services (a resident lawyer at their office) along with services at the registrar's office too at the SAME cost. Suffice to say that I will choose them again.

I had engaged Hanu Reddy Realty for selling my flat and given them exclusive rights for 3 months. Within the period mentioned they were able to get me a buyer. Further they also obtained all the khatha, EC and such papers required for the transfer. I had to go to the Sub Registrar's office just one hour before and all the work was done by them without any hassle. They know their job well.
