Hi, we had a property transaction in Murugesh palaya on Old Airport Road. From beginning to final registration we were given very clear details on property, and even with seller we had one to one meeting in Hanu Reddy realty office in Indiranagar. We were able to close the transaction ASAP. Project was Handled by Mr.Narender singh and Mr.Rakshith.

My experience with Narender Singh is nothing short of par excellence! I'm a resident of Irvine and have dealt with realtors several times in my stay in USA and Narender surpasses all of them by all measures namely, absolute professionalism, respectful, timely, knows the rules of the game, get's things done. His ability to speak several languages is also a big plus in this profession and his command of English is very very good. I have highly recommended him to my sister who is also getting ready to sell her house in Bengaluru. If were you ask me to rate him I give a 11 out of 10 and that says it all! He is real model for all realtors to follow. My wife and I recently purchased 2bhk flat on Bannerghatta Road which belongs to my close friends Aunt and were assisted by Mr Narender Singh from Hanu Reddy Realty. An absolute gentlemen and very professional in all aspects. The situation was a bit tricky for us. The sellers are a lovely elderly couple who were based out of Chennai. Travelling back and forth was not a convenient option for them. Mr Singh from Hanu Reddy Realty, was engaged by the sellers to execute the sale deed registration formalities. Mr Singh's experience, knowledge,advise and assistance simplified the whole process for everyone involved. However, like in any other sale of property, we had to over come a few hurdles. One among the many hurdles worth mentioning was with regards to an issue with the seller's khatha at the BBMP office. Mr Singh got it resolved within 3 days which otherwise the BBMP officer was telling us they would take minimum of 20 days time to resolve the issue. It was very kind of Mr Singh to help us out with all of this even when we as buyers had not engaged with Hanu Reddy Realty . An honest, transparent gentleman with a great sense of humour. Everything seemed easy and simplified with him and the registration took place without any hassles.We would like to strongly recommend Narender Singh of Hanu Reddy Realty in future for our colleagues or friends for "professional real estate services"

40 days ... before that i was just a renter staying in a rented house and within 40 days because of Mr. Narender Singh & Rakshith i became the proud owner of a 3bhk. We never ever had any thought the entire process will be so smooth as i was staying in Delhi, Owner of the house was in Mumbai & property was in Bangalore.. No common platform but had only one common combination of Mr. Narender Singh & Rakshith.

Awesome combination, full crystal clear paper work, nice follow-up by keeping everyone in loop and the best & the most important part no wastage of time & asking for any kind of extra money.
