I met Jagadish initially while a flat was for sale and found the initial interaction to be smoother, qualified and satisfied. However unfortunately I was not able to buy the flat at that particular time and had to drop off from the purchase. After around 2 years later when I decided firmly to buy a flat and was tired of not liking any flats that was for sale or out of budget, I remembered about Jagadish from the visiting card that he had given to see if I can get his help and a surprising thing happened that he remembered my name, deal that I had quoted 2 years earlier which exactly shows the level of commitment to every individual and not just to his potential customers. Also another important factor about the deal was that I was almost out of Hyderabad throughout the entire process of the deal and Jagadish made sure to take care of all the things and only asked me to come for the ones where my presence was really required especially during the pandemic period. Even though the deal process took more time than the usual deals due to lockdowns, banks not operating at full strength etc, Jagadish was very composed to keep us (both me and seller) on board throughout the entire process even though at one point I almost asked to cancel the deal. Level of dedication towards the deal from Jagadish is what kept us going and finally everything went smoother. Thanks to him and I gladly would recommend him for anyone in future. I recently bought a flat in Alkapur township through Mr.G.V.Jagdish from Hanu Reddy Realty. A "BIG THANKS" to Mr.Jagdish. Totally happy with the service from him as he was efficient, professional & excellent at communicating with me on every aspect of the process.I was not aware of the formalities, documentation etc involved. However, Mr.Jagdish explained to me and ensured that I understood the complete end to end process. Most importantly Mr.Jagdish was genuine in all matters and high on ethics. The best thing is that he understands client expectations/requirements, situations & finds a feasible solution according to the client needs. If we had any questions, he usually got back to us with answers in no time. From the start everything was clear and nothing came up as a surprise to me with respect to the deal involved. It was a complete transparent deal for both the seller and buyer. Brilliant, I would recommend him to others. Thank you again!!

Not knowing what and how the property selling process would be as NRI, we met Mr. Siva Subramanian (at the Chennai office). Mr.Siva was very warm and diligent in explaining the process of engaging HanuReddy and how easy it could be with them as our agents. We made the decision to engage HanuReddy right after that one meeting with Mr.Siva. We felt very confident that we were in good hands. He was always there to guide us through the entire process. Mr.Jagadish was our realtor on the ground in Hyderabad. Jagadish is a very sincere and a great listener. He understood our expectations very well and there was no looking back. After months of dealing with unsuitable and sometimes annoying responses via advertising, we engaged Hanu Reddy Realty to help us rent our flat in Financial District. We found the firm online, so we really had no idea how this would work out, but I’m very happy we made the decision to engage them. Mr. Jagdish was our agent, and ran the process seamlessly from beginning to the end. It didn’t seem to matter that we weren’t in Hyderabad – communication was timely and effective, and he made us feel like we could trust him with our property. We were especially happy with his excellent turnaround time, and hassle-free coordination of the handover process. Hanu Reddy Realty (Mr. Jagdish in particular) has our highest recommendation and we would happily work with them again without hesitation.
