The team of Mr.vishnu was very helpful from the beginning of the process visiting the property, coordinating with prospective sellers, collection of documents, promptly updating on their responses and so on. Both Mr.vishnu & Mr.Murali ensured that the sale registration process were done smoothly including banking process. They were present with me throughout the sale registration process. In my case , I had multiple sellers , so documentation was extremely complicated . But it went smoothly because of Mr. Vishnu & team. Fantastic service by both Mr Murali and Mr Vishnu from Hanu Reddy Reality, Coimbatore. I Wanted a House plot nearby Vadavalli, Coimbatore and had trouble finding one due to spurious brokers. Finally I took the help of Hanu Reddy Reality and could finalise the plot in a day at a reasonable price. Their service is top notch and they are very responsive to your needs. They are also very proactive and humble and do not cause any distress during the entire transaction process. It was great working with them.

A long overdue post that should have come at the start of the year, for some reason got delayed. Truly appreciative of the efforts of Mr Murali and co. in completing the sale of a property in CBE, that had several inherent difficulties. Mr Murali was very professional, patient and responsive to all the requests and suggestions and the deal came thro efficiently without wasting too much of my professional time away from work as per a predetermined timeline. We bought the house in 2010 and had all the pertinent documents. Sri. Murali ensured everything go smoothly. The best thing I liked was the communication. Every time Sri. Murali sent me an email, he sent me WhatsApp message as well to check my email. I dealt with the team of Mr Murali Vaibhav and Mr Vishnu Pradeep for disposal of my property during covid time in Coimbatore.
