I take this opportunity to place on record my sincere and heartfelt thanks to your organization in general and Yourself and Mr.Santhosh Jain in particular for all the unstinted support provided in bringing to fruition the entire process of sale of our flat at Iyyappanthangal.

The sale was completed with registration to the Seller on 30 th October 2023.

It started in November 2022 when we came to you seeking your services for the sale.We assumed that this would be completed around Pongal 2023. Maybe we were not very much off in our expectation because this is what the time period it takes to finish a deal of this nature.

Mostly people buy apartments by taking loans and pledging the property to the Bank. The Builder and Banks which are only too eager to lend ensure all documentation is complete and done with due diligence.

We were away in Pune and only our young daughter was there in Chennai to receive the documents and she could not ensure completeness of the legal documents required.

You helped us to verify and obtain the missing documents like Building Plan Approval, Patta, Plot subdivision approval, etc.

Though these documents could have been obtained through fellow flat owners or the builders, in our case, the problem was complicated because the property was more than 10 years old and the builders were difficult to contact.

The prospective buyers needed these documents from the banks for taking loan. We had given up all hopes. But you saw to it that we find alternate routes to obtain the documents.

On the whole, it was an immemorable experience interacting with you.

A little over a year ago (November 2019), we approached Hanu Reddy Realty India Pvt Ltd (HRR) to seek assistance with the sale of our house in Perungudi, Chennai, since we had moved to a different city, and it was logically and geographically a herculean task for us to manage such a valuable property at a distance. Since we had bought this house with not just money, but also our hopes and dreams, we were very keen to sell only to someone who shared our sentiments regarding the property, and with whom our mental and emotional wavelengths matched.

After our initial inquiry, we were contacted by Mr. Mahesh Kumar from HRR very promptly, within a couple of hours. We made an appointment to meet and discuss our requirements at the HRR Perungudi office soon after this. Throughout the meeting, Mr. Mahesh was extremely receptive to our requests and understood what we were looking for. The entire process of going through HRR for the sale of our house was extremely smooth and streamlined as well.

In the following months, during the search for potential buyers, Mr. Mahesh was very proactive in informing us of any incoming offers, and also very patient with the negotiations regarding the price of the property. All our interactions with him were to the point and very clear, with no requirement of long drawn discussions or back-and-forth.

It is thanks to Mr. Mahesh that we were able to find a buyer matching our criteria, whom we were confident shared the same deep emotional connect to the property as we did. We successfully completed the process of sale and registration as of December 7, 2020. Despite the restrictions imposed owing to the pandemic, the process went ahead without any hurdles.
