You have been simply terrific - understated and efficient - I am blown away with the way that you had the deal finalized in 2 minutes flat once we signed our agent/owner contract.
 
I select my words carefully Tulasi garu - I do believe in our saying, Manishikoh maathah, pasuvuhko dhebbah and I do realize this fact will register perhaps with one in a million and that's all we need.  One person can do tremendous good.
 
You are way better that the US realty corporation agent I have dealt with in 2002 when I sold my house.  The agent had no good intentions except making her money although she has some goodness in her - the buyer, David was more concerned of my welfare and I heard indirectly that he actually expressed, "Where is she gonna go once she gives us her house?"  There are good people in this world.  I did have a very difficult time once I sold my home but none can change, our kismet ki leykha.  Thank you very much gentleman, I appreciate the whollistic approach you took - made the change of hands with 401E Red Creek so smooth.  As we say here, we come with nothing and take nothing back, just goodness that gets left behind.
